Refund Policy

1. Concierge & Service Fees
All concierge, planning, coordination, and service fees charged by Passport & Prosecco are non-refundable once services have commenced.
2. Third-Party Services
Accommodation, transportation, and experience refunds are governed strictly by the policies of the relevant third-party suppliers.
3. Event Changes
Changes, cancellations, or postponements of events do not automatically entitle clients to refunds. We will assist with coordination where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.
4. Payment Disputes
Any disputes must be raised directly with Passport & Prosecco before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
