Passport & Prosecco (“P&P”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates as a premium lifestyle and travel concierge service. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Passport & Prosecco provides concierge, planning, coordination, and booking assistance services. We do not operate tours, accommodation, transport services, or events directly.
All accommodation, transportation, experiences, and related services are supplied by independent third-party providers. P&P acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator on behalf of the client.
2. Third-Party Suppliers
Services arranged through Passport & Prosecco are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the relevant third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or changes made by suppliers.
3. Payments
Payments made to Passport & Prosecco are for concierge services, planning, coordination, and confirmed trip arrangements. Prices may be displayed in ZAR or other currencies for reference, and payment may be processed through approved payment providers.
4. Refunds
Concierge and service fees are non-refundable. Any refunds related to accommodation or experiences are subject strictly to the policies of the relevant third-party suppliers.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Events, accommodation availability, and experiences may change due to circumstances beyond our control. P&P will make reasonable efforts to coordinate alternatives where possible but cannot guarantee outcomes.
6. Liability
Passport & Prosecco shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or expense incurred as a result of third-party services, force majeure events, or changes made by suppliers.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to the client’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
